Yellowing of hardener is due to oxidisation. So please keep caps closed properly so it does not get exposed to the air, store in a cool dry place to delay the yellowing.
Try to finish using the bottles ASAP. After noticing the yellowing, the resin is still perfectly fine to use, colour pigments will hide the yellowing.
